Booking Policy – SoNique’s Face Artistry

Thank you for choosing SoNique’s Face Artistry. Please review the following booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Deposits

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Deposits may be transferred one time to a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
* Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or for no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
* Failure to provide proper notice may result in the loss of deposit and/or additional booking restrictions for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

* Please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience.
* If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened, rushed, or delayed depending on the schedule.
* Appointments more than 20 minutes late may be cancelled at the artist’s discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Early & Late Hour Appointments

* Early morning and late-night appointments may be available upon request and are subject to availability.
* Additional fees may apply for appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours.

Payment

* The remaining balance is due before the service begins or by the end of the appointment.
* Accepted payment methods will be discussed upon booking.

Guests

* No extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance.
