Policy and Terms

Clients of SoNique's Face Artistry are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. A deposit is necessary to confirm appointments and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Deposits can be transferred to future bookings if rescheduled. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in additional fees or loss of deposit. By booking, clients agree to these terms and conditions. There is no late fee, however, more than 20mins late, appointment will be cancelled. If you’re late your appointment may be rushed or delayed.
