Sleek Snouts Grooming

I have made sure to notify Sleek Snouts Grooming of any health conditions my dog may have. I understand the groomer will not be held accountable for any underlying skin or health problems that grooming may expose. Grooming of sick or elderly dogs is at my own risk. I understand that if my dog needs extra time spent on him/her due to matting or behaviour issues there will be an extra charge. I agree that if my dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave off their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act 2006. If this is to happen I understand it may take my dog a few days to adjust to his/her new coat. I understand when shaving off a matted coat, big or small there is a risk of cutting the dog. I accept and give permission to Sleek Snouts Grooming to shave off a matted coat. If I know my dog has fleas I will reschedule my appointment as soon as possible, if I'm unaware my dogs has fleas and bring them to get groomed I understand that my groom will have to be rescheduled and I will endure a £50 Flea Charge on top of my groom charge. I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment that more than 48 hours notice needs to be given. If I fail to notify Sleek Snouts Grooming of any change to my appointment, I'm aware to rebook I will need to pay 50% of the missed appointment upfront followed by the cost of the groom once complete. I understand the same fee's will apply if I'm more than 15 minutes late and therefore my appointment needs to be rescheduled. If you arrive early to your appointment, please message me to notify me of your arrival. If I am able to see to you earlier than your appointment I will meet you at the gate at the bottom of the drive. If I cannot see to you until your appointment or I am running late, please wait in your car and I will come out to you once my previous dog has left. Please refrane from knocking on the front door! Either message or use the doorbell provided on the gate at the end of the drive, I will be trying to keep an eye out to see if you have arrived. If you are running more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to groom your dog that day, in such we will have to reschedule. Please remind yourself of Cancellations, No shows & Late shows. I will always discuss roughly how long your dog will take to groom on drop-off, however sometimes things can change. I will always try to give you ample time to return, please make sure you have your phone on you at all times. If you arrive more that 30 minutes late there will be a £5 charge per 30 minutes. All payments to be paid in CASH only.
