At Simple Changes Massage, we believe in the transformative power of touch. Our skilled therapist, Samantha, brings her intuitive expertise to every session, creating a personalized experience for each client.

The session length that is best for you can depend on several factors. A 60 minute session is most popular. If you have more than one or two areas that are in need of focused work then a 90 minute session may be better suited for you. 

Samantha will discuss with you what you are looking for with each session. If you are not sure that is perfectly fine! The energy work Samantha uses in the sessions works as a guide for the session and she will be checking in with you to be sure the session is going on the right track.

Simple Changes

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking.

There is a 50% deposit required for new clients at the time of booking.
If you would like to add additional time for a longer session. A 20% discount will be added to that option at the time of your service.

Add a relaxing foot scrub to your session. This includes your feet getting scrubbed  with a chemical and dye free salt scrub and then wrapped in hot towels to make your feet smooth and happy.
