I have been looking to get laser treatment for a while now, and I have to say that I have had great communication with Sian throughout my laser appointments. Sian is also very flexible which is great for those with busy work schedules or other responsibilities. The laser procedure itself was not painful at all. Sian went through the steps of what to expect in the appointment, also during the patch test/consultation I got to experience what it feels like without feeling pressure!

Shave the treatment areas 24 hours prior to the appointment. Shaving is available in clinic for certain areas only (excluding private areas and face) for an additional fee.

No sun exposure two weeks prior to the treatment areas.

Allow 4 weeks prior to your treatment if you have had direct sun exposure. (Any kind of tanning or active sunbathing, with or without SPF).
