We took our MILs dog today as she was overdue for a groom but Lauren was amazing. We came home with a different dog who was full of happiness! Lauren took time and care with our dog, who is really nervous around new people and worked wonders. 100% recommend! 

Incredible service! Lauren did such a great job grooming and cleaning our labrador’s teeth - all the built up plaque removed, plus a proper pamper with a wash, a lot of brushing, ears cleaned and nails clipped, he smells so good!

Lauren is an excellent dog groomer.  And nothing is too much trouble. My cockapoo loves her - comes back all bouncy and beautiful and not stressed.. Best service ever thank you!

She is lovely. Loki looked fantastic. She was able to cut his claws which even the vets struggle with. I like that she keeps you updated with his appointment. She gives the vibe that she genuinely cares for the dog which I really liked. Will definitely be coming back.

I got my dogs claws clipped today and it was so much less stress (for me and the dog) than trying to do it myself. In and out in under 10 mins with a very happy dog!

Always amazing. My bulldog was feeling very nervous today after a few horrible operations and Lauren was super gentle with him. He came out a happy boy again.

I can’t recommend Shiloh’s Pooch Parlor enough! My dog, Riley, absolutely loves going here. He always comes out looking so beautiful, smelling wonderful, and clearly feeling his best. Shiloh takes such amazing care of him—she makes him feel completely comfortable and treats him with so much love and kindness. It’s such a relief knowing Riley is in such gentle, professional hands. We’re so grateful to have found her!

Lauren is great with Frankie. He's not a fan of getting his nails trimmed but Lauren makes he feel super loved and at ease, even when he has a little grumble at her. He loves being in her space and always excited when will pull up for every appointment.
