Policy and Terms

Shear Madness Hair And Nail Salon requires a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of chemical services, including color and perms. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, payable before future bookings. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled; we will endeavor to honor the original appointment when possible. Final appointments are accepted no later than 45 minutes before closing. Payment is due upon completion of services. Shear Madness Hair And Nail Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or update policies at any time without prior notice. All services are provided subject to availability and at the discretion of the salon.
