Booking & Deposits • All appointments require $10 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will go toward your total service cost. • Deposits must be paid within 30 minutes after booking or the appointment will be canceled. Deposits can be sent to my cash app : $Talaylay8 Cancellations & Rescheduling • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. • No-call, no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and you will be banned from booking in the future. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll need to reschedule with a new deposit. Payments • The remaining balance must be paid in cash, or cash app. • Please bring exact change for cash payments, as I may not always have the ability to provide change. • If you experience an issue with your nails within 3 days please contact me for a repair. Service Requirements • Please come with clean, bare nails unless you’re booking a soak-off service. • No extra guests, including children, unless they are being serviced. • If you have a medical condition affecting your hands/feet (e.g., fungus, open wounds), I may need to refuse service. Social Media & Privacy • Photos and videos may be taken for social media. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let me know before your appointment. Respect & professionalism • I strive to create a positive and professional environment. Rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal. • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please communicate respectfully so we can find a solution.
