BY USING OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Your dog is physically fit, healthy and not showing signs of illness. If there is a medical condition then please inform your groomer as soon as possible to assess whether your dogs groom can go ahead or not. 2. In case of emergency, your dog will be taken to the nearest vet and you will be liable for all expenses, unless it can be clearly proven that the groomer is responsible. - Although every care is taken, pets are left in the salon at the owner's own risk. 3. You must provide the groomer with correct contact details and ensure that you are contactable via telephone for the entire time that your dog is in our care. 4. We cannot groom bitches that are in season, please make contact as soon as possible if you are aware that she has come into season and it clashes with your grooming appointment. 5. The groomer may use photographs of your dog on social media unless stated otherwise. 6. Abusive or hostile behaviour toward any member of staff will not be tolerated. 7. The welfare of your dog will not be compromised in order to achieve a style therefore we will not dematt your dog. If your dog is matted you will sign a matting disclosure form upon arrival. There is an added fee of £10+ depending on the severity of the matting. 8. If fleas are found upon your dog during their groom, they will be immediately treated in a flea bath which will be an additional fee of £10. - if the flea infestation is severe enough that it puts the salon and other dogs at risk of contamination then your groom may need to be rearranged and the appointment still paid for in full. 9. Cancelling or rearranging your groom within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a loss of the deposit. 10. ‘No show’ appointments will be liable to pay 50% of the groom price. 11. If you are running late to your appointment then please let your groomer know as soon as possible. Late arrival may mean that your appointment needs to be rebooked, and will be classed as a ‘no show’ appointment, incurring a 50% fee. 12. We reserve the right to refuse or stop mid groom if us as groomers or your dog is at risk of injury due to your dogs behaviour- this will result in the groom still needing to be paid for due to the appointment slot being used. - If the groomer at risk of being bitten a muzzle may be used to ensure the safety of the groomer and your dog. If this compromises your dog's welfare at any point, the groom will be stopped and your dog may be sent home. - The groomer is not required to accept any dogs that they are uncomfortable with. This may mean that your dog is groomed by a different groomer within the salon, or you may be asked to take your dog elsewhere. 13. Payment is accepted by cash or card/BACS. Full payment must be made at the time of collection. If you cannot pay, please alert your groomer as soon as possible. If no payment is received within 7 days, legal action will be taken, and you will be liable for all costs. 14. Prices for services are subject to change and non-negotiable. It is your responsibility to check the price of your groom before the service is carried out. 15. You must collect your dog at the time arranged with your groomer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are going to be late. 16. Late collection will be charged at an additional fee of £5 per 15 minutes after the agreed time.
