Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. In this case, the appointment may be rescheduled only; no refunds will be issued. If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled time, the client’s session will be rescheduled and an additional 15 minutes will be added to the next appointment at no extra charge. Payment Policy: Full payment must be received at least 4 hours prior to the appointment start time in order for the session to be officially confirmed.
