At Sauna@Fen Zen, a nonprofit sauna and cold plunge in rural West Norfolk, you’ll find a quiet, community-focused facility for locals and visitors. Booking is straightforward: you receive prompt replies to questions, clear arrival instructions, and punctual sessions that keep each slot on schedule. Operations are small-scale and practical, with simple on-site guidance about use and safety so sessions proceed smoothly and turnover is calm and respectful of other guests. Inside, you’ll notice steady dry heat on wooden benches, low lighting, the creak of timber, and the sharp splash of cold water in the plunge. Book your appointment to get started.

By booking with Sauna@Fen Zen, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Sauna@Fen Zen may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

All bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking system.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your appointment, you must get in touch to cancel at least 48 hours before your booking. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

Sauna Rules and Regulations

For hygiene reasons, we don’t allow naked sauna sessions and ask that you wear swimwear.

The consumption of alcohol, drugs, and food is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate session termination without a refund.

Liability

Sauna @ Fen Zen is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your visit.

Guests are responsible for their well-being and should exercise caution while using the sauna.

By booking a session with Sauna @ Fen Zen, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

We will use the sauna and optional cold plunge, and optional herbal sauna rituals. 
There will be plenty of time for socialising around the fire with a herbal tea.
