Deposit Policy: A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your service and is not an additional fee. The deposit covers the base price of the service booked only. Any additional charges (including length, nail art, or added services) will be assessed and due at the conclusion of your appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes made outside of this window may result in forfeiting your deposit Late Arrival Policy: Timeliness allows me to provide you with the highest level of service. Please arrive on time to ensure your service is completed beautifully and without rushing. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time may be unable to be accommodated and may forfeit their appointment and or deposit I understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if any issues occur regarding your appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
