Policy and Terms

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Samantha Ravey & Co. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and Samantha Ravey & Co reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Prices are indicative and may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and time required, and specialist services will be quoted after consultation. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary, and applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment; a mandatory skin test is required for all colour services and must be completed at least 48 hours before the appointment, with failure to provide a valid skin test resulting in cancellation without refund. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
