Payment: Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received. Please do not book sessions without payment.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session start time.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

Lateness: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

A group session that combines strength and high intensity cardio to maximize calorie burn during and after the session. This includes performing a series of compound movements followed by functional exercises with minimal rest, keeping your heart rate elevated to improve both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, build muscle, and burn calories more efficiently. This approach can be more time-efficient than traditional workout, which is why 45 minutes is ALL you need!
