Policy and Terms

Clients of SGKbyKhuthala may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to a R50 cancellation fee. A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, to be paid within one hour of confirmation. Late arrivals will be allowed a 10-minute grace period, after which a R50 late fee will apply. If the grace period exceeds 20 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, leading to forfeiture of the deposit. The forfeited deposit cannot be used towards booking a different appointment and is non-refundable. Please note, our space is limited so please honour your appointment individually.
