Our time, not JUST our clients, are important to us. We spend time away from our children and family to insure we are fully prepped and prepared for each individual client that walks through our doors. Each appointment is tailored to our client’s wants and needs, even down to the candies we put out and the scents we have going. APPOINTMENTS — we graciously do not require deposits. so please be mindful of your time and only book if you guarantee to show up. — reminder that all appointments rescheduled/canceled must be done at least a full 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid additional fees. — please remove all make up/deodorant/lotion prior to coming to your appointment. — please arrive on time for your appointment(s). — luxury tan appointments are $50 AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS — there will be an additional $15 fee for appointments scheduled after hours — after hour appointments are appointments scheduled after 7pm Monday-Thursday and after 5pm on Fridays. — after hour luxury tan appointments are $65 WEEKEND/HOLIDAY DAY APPOINTMENTS — any appointments scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday — weekend/holiday luxury tan appointments are $80 911 EMERGENCY GLOW APPOINTMENT — any appointment scheduled less than 24hrs till appointment time is considered a 911 Emergency Glow — 911 emergency luxury tan appointments are $80 RESCHEDULING — rescheduling your appointment must be done no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid additional fees. — rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in you being responsible to pay half of the price of your appointment amount. CANCELLATIONS — cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid additional fees. — if you cancel within 48 hours of you scheduled appointment you will responsible to pay the cancellation fee which is the full price for your appointment. LATE ARRIVAL — if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged an additional $15 late arrival fee to your total price of your appointment. — if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will have to be canceled and you will need to reschedule and you will be responsible to pay the full price of the appointment amount. NO SHOW — if late by more than 15 minutes & your appointment is canceled you will be responsible to pay the full price of the appointment amount. — no shows will result in full payment of the service booked for the appointment missed, plus an additional $15, & you will be required full payment at the time of booking for future appointments. — no-shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with artists at SASS. *RECAP — Please make sure you thoroughly read all information above to avoid acquiring additional fees. Appointments missed will result in FULL payments, even though you did not show up, plus an additional $15. Appointments rescheduled/canceled must be done no later than 48 HOURS before scheduled appointment time to avoid additional fees (which is paying the total price of your appointment). Canceling an appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in full payment of your amount. Rescheduling an appointment must be done no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is canceled due to being 15+ minutes late you are responsible for paying the full amount of your appointment price. If you no-show you are responsible for paying the full amount of your appointment price PLUS an additional $15. *Prior to your appointment your Artist will send you *THOROUGH & DETAILED* info regarding your appointment for the best results for your glow.
