CANCELATION POLICY If an appointment is needing to be canceled or rescheduled, please do so 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. If more than 2 appointment are canceled at the last minute, there will be a 50% deposit required to book future appointments. If a no show occurs there will be a 100% deposit required to book future appointments. If any changes to the appointment are desired, please inform your stylist 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. If you change your service to a lesser service at the time of the appointment, the full service amount will still be charged. If a greater service is requested at the time of the appointment, it is not guaranteed that it will be doable. PAYMENT Acceptable form of payment is cash. REDO POLICY The desired outcome of the appointment is for the client to be completely satisfied with the service provided. If this is not the case, please call or text to speak with the stylist within 7 days of the original visit to schedule an adjustment appointment. The client is expected to pay for the redo if the client; self-alters the color or cut in any way; puts any harmful or altering chemicals on the hair; or washes the hair before the recommended time frame. CORECTIVE COLOR Large corrective color appointments require a 50% deposit to book and will be charged by the hour.
