• Canceling or Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment starts. Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% fee, or forfeiture of deposit. • No Call/No Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without letting me know, you’ll need to pay 100% of the service before booking your next one. If not, you will be blocked from booking. • Appointment Timing: I do my best to stick to the schedule, but sometimes things come up. To make sure you get the best service, please allow an extra 15 minutes just in case. • Running Late?: No worries! Just shoot me a text or give me a call. You have a 15 minute grace period.
