Restored Living

About

Welcome! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in neuropsychology, and I'm here to help you better understand your mind and support your mental and emotional well-being. I offer three main services: Cognitive Assessments – These evaluations can help identify strengths and challenges with memory, attention, and thinking skills. Whether you're noticing changes or just want clarity, assessments can guide important next steps for health, school, or work. Pre-Surgical Psychological Assessments – If you're preparing for a procedure like bariatric surgery or another medical treatment, I provide thoughtful, compassionate evaluations to support your readiness and ensure you're set up for success. Therapy (Psychotherapy) – I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, life changes, trauma, or just feeling stuck. My approach is supportive and collaborative, grounded in proven methods tailored to your unique needs. You’ll receive care from a psychologist who’s not only licensed and experienced, but also credentialed as a National Register Health Service Psychologist. That means you're in qualified hands, with someone who truly cares about your progress and well-being. Let’s work together to better understand what’s going on and find the best path forward. Restoring lives one person at a time ...

Consultation

A free 10-minute consultation to identify if Restored Living may be right for you

10 min | $0

Intake Session (Therapy)

Required for all new clients or those who have left therapy and are returning after 6 or more months. Intake involves gathering a detailed history of your presenting problem, lifestyle factors contributing to maintaining current problems, and current impact on your daily life. Treatment goals are typically identified during this session prior to beginning the therapy process.

1 h | $325

Video or Phone Session

Video session via Google Meet with option of meeting by phone instead (e.g., if internet connection becomes unstable). This option can be booked for all returning clients (i.e., previous session within less than 6 months) or those who have just completed the intake and decide to begin the treatment process.

50 min | $300

Text Session

Full 50-minute session via text message. Replies are slower than real-time meetings (i.e., video/phone sessions) but are faster than e-mail sessions. Text responses can be expected from your therapist within a few minutes and will take no more than 10 minutes. You may find a text session helpful if you are attending an event or in a situation in which you need guidance and/or reminders of skills already learned during previous sessions. For example, someone with social anxiety may find it helpful to text their therapist during a party to reinforce skills and provide encouragement real-time.

50 min | $175

Email Assistance

This service may be ideal for those in an extended situation in which they may need more guidance over time. For example, someone with a history of difficult family conflict may find this service helpful while on a family vacation. Similar to text sessions, e-mail sessions provide encouragement and reinforcement of skills over an extended amount of time. Replies for this service can be expected within 1-2 hours (excluding holidays and overnights 10 PM-6 AM, unless otherwise discussed with your therapist). Price of session is for the full day.

23 h | $125

Cognitive Screening and Report

This service is to assess cognitive function, no referral needed. It is commonly used to detect mild cognitive impairments and early signs of dementia or other neurological conditions. There are several reasons why someone might need a cognitive assessment, often driven by concerns about changes in memory, thinking, or behavior. Common reasons why someone might need an assessment include concerns about dementia, having an accident or head injury, or a health condition that may impact cognition. This service includes both the testing and a final report.

2 h 35 min | $500

Pre-Surgical Evaluation

This service is for a pre-surgical psychological evaluation, which requires a referral from a medical professional (e.g., surgeon, primary care provider, etc.). A pre-surgical psychological evaluation is often required for a variety of reasons before certain types of surgery, including bariatric and spinal surgeries. These evaluations are typically conducted to ensure the surgical candidate is mentally and emotionally prepared for surgery and to address any potential psychological factors that might impact the outcome or recovery process.
