Los clientes pueden cancelar citas hasta 2 días antes de la cita. El depósito no es reembolsable pero si transferible con un plazo de 1 semana al día que su cita estaba pautada siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad en la agenda, de lo contrario deberá enviar un depósito nuevo. 

De no cancelar dicha cita  con al menos 2 días de anticipación se requieren $20 dólares de recargo para otrorgarle otra cita.

Deposito no es transferible a otra persona ni reembolsable.

Deposito se resta al total del servicio.

El día antes de su cita recibirá un mensaje de confirmación, de no confirmar la cita antes de las 8am del día acordado su cita queda cancelada y pierde el depósito.

No se permiten acompañantes, ni niños. De tener cita con algún familiar, amigo y/o pareja deberá esperar su turno en recepción. 

Favor de llegar a su cita a tiempo, de lo contario podría ser cancelada luego de 10 minutos tarde y perderá su depósito.
