Booking Deposit & Scheduling

• All appointments require a booking deposit at the time of scheduling.
• Deposits are applied toward your service total.
• You may reschedule one (1) time and transfer your deposit to your new appointment.
• After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required for any additional booking changes or new appointments.
• All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by management.

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 23 hours before your scheduled time.
• Cancellations made within 23 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will require a new deposit to book again.

• Please text “ARRIVED” when you are outside and wait for further instructions before entering.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
• If I am more than 5 minutes late, you will receive a $5 discount on your service as appreciation for your time.

• A $10 travel fee applies for all mobile appointments where I come to you.
