Service Visit Requirements & Arrival Instructions

• All clients must bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID required for notarization.
• All documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment. Do not sign documents in advance unless instructed.
• Payment is due at the time of service.

Document Copies & Scanning:
• If you require documents to be scanned, emailed, printed, or copied, this must be requested in advance.
• Please include these requests in the Notes section when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
• Same-day requests not noted in advance may result in additional fees or may not be accommodated.

Arrival Instructions:
• Upon arrival, please use the side door.
• Text (arrived) upon arrival and wait to be called in.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.

As a certified Loan Signing Agent, I will:

	•	Ensure all required signatures, initials, and notarizations are completed correctly
	•	Return documents according to lender, title, or signing company instructions

This service is designed for couples who prefer a calm, low-key experience in the comfort of their own home. There’s no pressure to dress up or host a ceremony. Pajamas, lounge wear, or everyday clothes are completely welcome. The focus is simply on completing your marriage license in a way that feels natural and stress-free.

What this service includes:
	•	Brief signing appointment (approximately 5–10 minutes)
	•	Official marriage license signing
	•	Optional “I do” exchange
	•	Optional ring exchange
	•	Personal photos (sent to you) 

This is not a full ceremony and does not include formal vows, décor, or extended time. It is perfect for couples who want a meaningful moment without the formality.

Location must be your private residence or a pre-approved location. Fees for places other than home may because this unique service is for a cozy home environment only.

A virtual or in-person meeting to discuss ceremony styles, service options, customization opportunities, and how the process works. This session helps couples decide which services best fit their needs.

Consultation

An officiant service for couples who want a more personal and polished ceremony experience. This package allows for light personalization while maintaining a structured and professional ceremony flow.

Standard Package

This service is for couples who only need their marriage license signed and filed and do not require a full ceremony.

I will briefly meet with both parties to:
	•	Verify identities
	•	Complete and sign the marriage license
	•	Ensure all required information is filled out correctly
	•	File or return the license according to county requirements or you may do so

• This service is primarily completed in office. Travel fees apply for locations outside of the office. If you prefer the signing to take place in the comfort of your home, I recommend selecting the Cozy In-Home Marriage License Signing Service, which includes the travel fee.
