By booking an appointment with Reflective Image Detailing, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Reflective Image Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. All services provided are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice. Clients are responsible for any damages to their vehicle during the detailing process. Reflective Image Detailing is not liable for any lost or stolen items left in the vehicle. Payment is due at the time of service, and refunds will not be issued for services rendered. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies and terms.
