Policy and Terms
By using the services provided by Re-Center. Restore., you agree to fill out and sign all necessary forms prior to the start of your first visit. Clients are permitted to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no fee. However, if a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment, they will be charged 50% of the service fee for the missed appointment.
