•Appointments can be booked 12 hours prior.(No walk ins/same day appointments will be accepted).
•Make a deposit of 50% to secure your slot.
•Deposit is non-refundable if you’re unable to come.
•Strictly no Refunds/ No reschedules.
•Your appointment will be cancelled immediately if the deposit has not been made.
•A fee of R100 will be charged if you are more than 15minutes late.
•If you are 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
•For installations please prioritize bringing your hair 3 days prior your appointment(Compulsory)
•Come with your natural hair braided with flat cornrows.
•Your Wig must be customized and washed with no glue on the lace.
