Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If you cancel your appointment a new deposit will be required to book again. The deposit goes toward remaining balance. You must come shampooed and blow dried out completely unless you added the shampoo and blow dry service. Boho curly hair is not included in service only braiding hair. # Please arrive on time! After 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee. 15 minutes late $15 late fee. After 30 minutes the appointment is cancelled. No extra guest drop off only ! Remaining balance can be paid in Cash (must have exact change), cash app, Apple Pay, and Tap. Kid age stop at 14 years old!!!!!
