Policy and Terms

No-show policy: We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you may be subjected to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
