I always enjoy Mary's mat classes, she takes the time to explain what we should be feeling and what muscles we are working, I feel it really helps my posture and core strength.

Rhonda is a fabulous teacher, so patient and gets us working hard every session!

Another great session with Natalia today, she has helped me rebuild my strength following hip surgery. My sessions are tailored to suit my needs and how I’m feeling on the day. All the staff are well trained and professional. 

 As a instructor myself it’s often hard to find a classical studio when on holiday so I was delighted to find Scoop where I booked a private session 1:1 with Mary in the gym on the reformer. Mary was fabulous, knowledgable, informative, and patient, will definitely visit again if I’m visiting Christchurch, Thankyou Mary ☺️

Just an amazing first experience.  I swear I feel taller.  The stretchers were deep, with room I can see to improve.  Opened chest area, and core.  Engaging muscles, I have yet to gain control off.  Natalia is a wonderful instructor.  So, looking forward to Friday.

I did a Mat class with Sarah this morning, it was a fun class, with a good balance of exercises to strengthen the core, as well as the whole body.

One on one with Laiza is very professional and enjoyable. The facility is very well equipped, tidy and clean. 

I've been doing pilates for over 25 years now - I love it, but more importantly, my body loves it!  I started classes and private sessions at Pilates Unlimited in early 2019 and cannot say enough about the well trained instructors and well maintained equipment.  The vast variety of Pilates equipment they have to workout on is like no other studio I've seen. Impressive!  My daughter started  pilates there at 16, she's now 20 and will be doing it for life!

I enjoy the Pilates mat classes with Rodrigo, I know I am strengthening muscles, improving my balance, and overall giving my body a good tune up, and having fun at the same time.  I'd definitely recommend these classes.

Pilates with Scoop has become a cornerstone to my wellbeing and fitness. Rodrigo is amazing to train with one on one. He customises sessions to address any niggles or worse that I have picked up with my busy life, calling on his Pilates expertise as well as formal Physio background.

I love Pilates Unlimited and have been coming for more than twenty years (sometimes more off than on). It’s a very safe environment to try and build better posture and work on our cores. Rodrigo knows what he is doing and keeps just pushing hard enough. Can’t say I love going but I love the feeling in my body after class; stretched, standing tall and weirdly relaxed. My husband has Parkinson’s and it has made a noticeable improvement in his posture and movement.
