Policy and Terms
At Peach Blossom Spa & Wellness, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To respect the time and preparation that goes into each service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a 50% service fee. • No-Call, No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment, and applicable fees may still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide every client with exceptional service and care.
