By booking an appointment with Ortiz Beauty Studio, you agree to our cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, and will go towards your remaining balance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Please provide 24hours notice for rescheduling; failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. Please notify if you will be late; if 10 minutes past appointment, rescheduling is required. Payment in full is due at the time of service. Prices may change without notice.
