By scheduling an appointment with Onyx Detailing, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms: - Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. - Any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. - Onyx Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion. - Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring their vehicle is accessible for servicing. - Onyx Detailing is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during the detailing process. - By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept these policies and terms.
