Check out @ohlahlash on Instagram to see more content 💖 Please read all policy information below before booking: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £15 is required. This fee will be deducted off the cost of your treatment. Payment can be made when you initially book or in cash or bank transfer at your appointment if you prefer. YOUR LASH TREATMENT For best results and longer lasting lashes please prepare, whether it is for an infill or full set, with no eye makeup, eye creams etc. These can affect the treatment and interfere with the retention of your lash extensions, which can cause your set to not last as long and can also take up time from your lash appointment. All lash appointments include a consultation and lash cleanse. Infills cannot be filled on outside work. PATCH TESTS Patch tests are available upon request and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please get in touch if you would like to book a patch test. MAINTENANCE To keep your lashes looking their best and fullest, it is recommended follow-up appointments every 2-3 weeks. Infills up to 4 weeks will be classed as a full set. LATE POLICY Please note, if you do arrive late this will take time from your appointment which may result in less lash coverage! If you are 15 minutes late or more, this will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your booking fee. RESCHEDULING Please allow at least 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot provide notice, this will result in the loss of your booking fee. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved appointment to continue booking with me. Any last minute/same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment to continue any future bookings. NO-SHOWS No-shows will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment to continue any future bookings. NO PLUS-ONES No children/pets allowed. Friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.
