Initial consultation and treatment

This injury assessment will involve a series of questions to help us form an understanding of your injury, concerns and goals. This will include questions about your injury history, previous injury/treatment, medical/drug/social history and your rehabilitation goals. This will then help us direct and guide our objective assessment which is where we will test your range of motion, strength and also perform special tests to ultimately provide you with an evidence based diagnosis. We will then offer treatment/rehabilitation if it is applicable, in some cases an injury may be to acute to perform treatment.
