N_Artistry Studio 

💎 A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance must be cleared on the day of the appointment.

💎 After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text. Ensure all details are correct for communication.

💎 For studio sessions, the exact address will be provided 24 hours prior. If you can't select a date/time online, it may not be available; please check with the artist.

💎 If you're running late or need to cancel, please inform us. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance.

 💎House call transport fee is  not included in the glam rates, which vary by location (Nairobi and outskirts via Uber). No refunds or discounts will be given after looks are completed.

💎 We cannot service clients with facial injuries or open wounds until healed.
- In case of allergic reactions, please we require clients to report any allergic reactions within 72 hours of their makeup application; by agreeing to our policy form, clients acknowledge that N artistry studio is not liable for any reactions reported after this period, and are encouraged to seek immediate medical attention for severe reactions.

💎 Please communicate any dissatisfaction respectfully. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to inappropriate behavior.
