We’re excited to have you in for your appointment and appreciate you choosing us for your self-care experience. 1. Appointments & Booking • All services are by appointment only. • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your final service balance. • The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment (e-transfer, or approved digital payment). 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a 50% deposit before rebooking. 3. Health & Safety • For the health of both the technician and clients: • If you have fungal infections, open wounds or contagious skin/health conditions, services cannot be provided. • The technician will always use sanitized tools and disposable items where required. 4. Nail Repairs & Guarantee • Gel, acrylic or builder sets are guaranteed for 5 days against lifting or breakage due to application issues. • Repairs outside of this period or due to client misuse/accident (e.g., hitting nails, using nails as tools) will incur a repair fee. 5. Client Conduct • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any rude, inappropriate or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment with full payment due. 6. Refunds • Services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, please bring it up during the appointment so adjustments can be made. 7. Liability • By booking, the client acknowledges that the technician is not responsible for allergic reactions to products used, pre-existing nail conditions or damages occurring after the appointment due to improper aftercare.
