Natalia Nails


A £20 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
	•	I work by appointment only and from home. The address is shared after booking.
	•	Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be lost.
	•	No extra guests unless agreed beforehand.

Natural Nails Only
	•	I only work on natural nails.
	•	I do not remove or work over acrylics, dip powder, or hard gel.
	•	If you arrive with enhancements, the appointment cannot go ahead and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations
	•	Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance.
	•	Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in losing your deposit.
	•	Frequent late cancellations may require full prepayment.

Payments
	•	Full payment is due at the end of your service.
	•	Deposits are non-refundable.

Health & Safety
	•	Please let me know beforehand if you have infections, fungus, or open cuts.
	•	I may need to reschedule if it’s unsafe to continue.
	•	Children may attend only if quietly supervised.

Service Guarantee
	•	Gel manicures are guaranteed for 48–72 hours.
	•	Chips or lifting within this period will be fixed free of charge.

Refunds
	•	No refunds are offered, but I’m happy to make adjustments before you leave.

Clean & Ready
	•	Please arrive with clean hands and bare nails, unless a soak-off is booked.

Atmosphere
	•	I maintain a calm, respectful environment.
	•    Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will result in the appointment ending.

A meticulous dry manicure performed using an e-file to delicately refine and perfect the cuticle area. This technique allows for a deeper clean of the nail plate, resulting in an exceptionally smooth, precise finish and enhanced longevity of your manicure.

Maintenance service for existing enhancements applied by me. This treatment rebalances the structure, refreshes the design, and restores a flawless finish.
Please note: infills are only carried out on my own work.

A precise dry manicure using an e-file to carefully refine the cuticle area and deeply cleanse the nail plate. Finished with a natural, polished look.
Please note: this service does not include any gel, BIAB, or colour application.


Russian Manicure with No Colour
