Please read the following policies and terms carefully: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance; the deposit will be applied to your new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 2. Late Fee I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that all clients have a positive experience, I have a late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. appreciate your understanding and punctuality. 3. Guarantee on Nail Services I take great pride in my work and offer a guarantee for my services within the first 72 hours after your appointment. If you experience chipping, cracking, or breakage within this time frame, I will fix it at no charge. 4. Repairs After 72 Hours After the initial 72 hours, I offer the following repair policy: - For up to 4 nails that are broken, chipped, or ripped, I will charge a repair fee of $5 per nail. - If more than 4 nails require repair, you will need to pay the full price of a new set. 5. Work Over Other Nail Technicians Im happy to work over the work of other nail technicians. However, please be aware that I cannot guarantee the longevity of the new application in such cases. If you want a guarantee on your service, I recommend scheduling a soak-off add-on prior to your new nail service. 6. General Conduct I strive to maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere in my suite. I kindly ask that all clients treat me and the staff with respect. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of your service without a refund. 7. Payment accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Please settle your bill at the end of your service. 8. Changes to Policies I reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or directly during service.
