BOOKING & DEPOSIT: Zelle – 6614740813 - Raquel Venmo – @ravelar7 •$30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required once you have submitted your request for an appt. Once I have received your deposit, I will accept your appt otherwise appt will be denied. •Deposits do go toward your service! •Clients have 2 HOURS to send deposit after booking or appointment will be denied. •Confirmation text will be sent the day before your appt & once you have text back "confirm", address & important info will be sent soon after. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION: •I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hrs before your appt. I understand that last minute emergencies may come up for you & I can respect that & would expect the same respect back. A text back is all I ask, please do not be a no-show •Last minute cancellations will lose deposits meaning if a client needs to reschedule/cancel the day of the appointment, deposit is lost and will have to send a new deposit to book again. Requesting a sooner appt will NOT lose their deposit. NO-SHOWS: •Please do not no-show me. This is extremely disrespectful as this is my career. A simple text is all I ask. Be mindful that no-shows will be blocked & unable to book again unless a fee of a full service is paid beforehand. I WILL deny all future appts until fee is paid. POLICIES: •Please arrive on time. I have a 10 minute grace period in case you cannot arrive on time but anything more than 10 minutes, your appointment is automatically canceled. (Example: If your appointment is at 9:00am, you must be in my chair BEFORE 9:10am to not lose your appt). Please be mindful that this is my time/work on the line as well & my clients after you should not have to be pushed back for you being late. I try to always make sure I'm on time so please do the same. ▪︎MINIMAL PHONE USAGE WHEN IM PAINTING PLEASE. ▪︎PLEASE ADVISE ME IF YOU NEED TO BRING ANY EXTRA GUESTS INCLUDING KIDS. ▪︎PLEASE NO BITTEN OR SEVERELY DAMAGED NAILS. ▪︎I DO NOT WORK OVER MMA (NAIL SHOP NAILS). >Booking for someone else?
