NAILS.BYLACI POLICIES 🤎 1. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS 📆 • Please arrive prepared and on time for your appointment. • Service changes should be communicated before your appointment whenever possible. • Last-minute service changes may not be accommodated if additional time is not available. 2. PAYMENT💵 • Cards and cash ONLY. • No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted. 3. DEPOSITS & CARD ON FILE💳 • A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. • By booking, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policies below. 4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee. • A $15 rescheduling fee may apply when rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice. 5. LATE ARRIVALS ⏱️ • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or limited nail-art options so that the next client’s appointment can remain on schedule. 6. NO-SHOWS ❌ • After 15 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show and cancelled. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows may lose the ability to book future appointments. 7. GUESTS & CHILDREN🧑‍🧒‍🧒 • Adult guests are welcome, as long as they remain respectful and do not interfere with the appointment. • The only exception for children is a parent/guardian accompanying a minor who is receiving a service. 8. SERVICE CHANGES • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make changes to your scheduled service. • Last-minute changes may not be possible if additional time is not available. • Additional charges may apply when a service requires extra time or products. 9. NAIL REPAIRS🔨 • Free repairs are available within 5 days of your original appointment for product-related issues. • Repairs caused by picking, biting, trauma, misuse, or damage after leaving the appointment may be subject to a repair fee. • Please contact me as soon as possible if you experience an issue with your nails. 10. REMOVAL🔧 • Please book the appropriate removal service if you are coming in with existing product that needs to be removed. • Removal of another technician’s work may require additional time and/or a removal fee. • I reserve the right to refuse a service if existing product cannot be safely removed or worked over. 11. REFUNDS • No refunds will be given for completed nail services. • If you are unhappy with your service or experience an issue with your nails, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss an appropriate correction or repair. 12. CLIENT CONDUCT • I am committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone. • Disrespectful, threatening, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. • Please communicate concerns respectfully so I can do my best to address them. 13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if I feel it may compromise the health, safety, or comfort of myself, the client, or others. • Service may also be refused due to inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or conditions that prevent the service from being performed safely. 14. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking an appointment with Nails.byLaci, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
