• A ₱500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time slot.
• The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the appointment day.
• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment.
• If a cancellation is made, the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new schedule.
• A ₱250 transfer fee will apply when moving the deposit to a new appointment date.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 10–15 minutes may result in shortened service or cancellation.
• By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms and policies stated above.
