CANCELLATIONS - I expect 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation, if this policy is broken, a 50% fee of your cancelled appointment will be added to your rescheduled one (as a deposit).

BOOKING - Clients must book their appointment via text, DM, or booking system. 

LATE ARRIVAL - A 15 minute late period is allowed. If you haven't attended your appointment by this time your appointment will be cancelled, concluding in a cancellation fee.

NO-SHOW - Not showing up to your appointment without notice will result in a 50% fee of your missed appointment added to your rescheduled one (as a deposit)

RESPECT AND WELL-BEING - Kindness and respect are non-negotiable in my salon. Any form of abuse or aggression on my doorstep or in my home will not be tolerated.  

OTHER NAIL TECHS WORK- Please note that I do not infill other nail techs work (only book for an infill if the nails that need infilling are nails that I have done). However, I will happily soak off and re apply the preferred product,
