1. Deposit Policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduling within the allowed time frame. • Deposit Payment Method: Deposits can be paid via my website at the time of booking, with a cash option if pre-booking in person. • Deposit Application: The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. If you fail to attend the appointment or cancel without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited. 2. Late Arrival Policy: • Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or services will be adjusted for the allowed time. • No Show or Late Arrival Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling Due to Tardiness: In the event of extreme lateness, your appointment may be cut short or rescheduled to a different time, depending on availability. *emergency situations out of client’s control will be considered in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeit 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original appointment time without penalty. The deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. • Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. • No Show: Failing to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and you may be required to pay the full service fee upfront for future bookings. After 3 no-show or cancelled appointments, you will no longer be able to be booked. 4. Booking Policy: • Advance Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated. Same-day bookings may not be available. Last minute availability will be posted to social media platforms. • Online Scheduling: You can book your appointment online through Goldie. • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via text message once your appointment is booked, and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. • Booking for Others: All clients must book under their own name. Booking for someone else is not permitted unless specified at the time of booking. 5. Payment Policy: • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash or card. Full payment is due at the end of the appointment unless otherwise arranged. • No Refunds: There are no refunds on services provided. If there are any issues with your nails within 7 days, please contact me, and I will be happy to fix them after a brief consultation, with possible nail repair fee. 6. Hygiene & Safety Policy: • Health & Cleanliness: Clients must arrive with clean hands and nails. If additional prep is required, it may result in extra charges or longer service time. • Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. It is important to maintain a healthy environment for both clients and the technician. 7. Children & Guest Policy: • No Extra Guests: Due to the nature of the service, extra guests, including children, are not allowed during your appointment unless approved beforehand. • Service for Minors: Clients under 16 years of age must have parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult. 8. Social Media & Photos: • Photos: I may take photos of your nails after service for social media purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos posted, please let me know in advance. • Tagging: Feel free to tag me on social media when sharing pictures of your nails!
