When booking an appointment, a non-refundable £10 booking fee is required. This fee will be deducted from your total appointment cost. The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of your appointment request. Failure to submit the booking fee within this time will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment, requiring a new booking request. Any cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Should you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment, and I will transfer your booking fee to your new appointment date. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible. I may be able to adjust your service based on the time available. If rescheduling becomes necessary, a new booking fee will be required.
