To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the 50% deposit paid at booking will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. However, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future booking. Please note that no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full service amount being charged. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, i may have to cancel your appointment. I usually have multiple bookings throughout the day, and running late can impact my next appointment. However, i will always try my best to accomodate.
