If you need to cancel your appointment you must cancel within 24hr notice.
50% cancellation fee is required if cancelling within 24hr notice or 100% of the fee for no showing or on the day cancellation. If you no show you will not be given another appointment untill the full fee of the missed appointment is paid for and a deposit for the new appointment is made at least 48hrs in advance to that appointment. Otherwise you will be banned from booking again
