• A $50 non-refundable deposit or card on file is required to secure your appointment • FIRST-TIME clients with nail enhancements done elsewhere MUST BOOK A REMOVAL. Failing to do so may result in rescheduling or cancelling the appointment. • This deposit will be credited toward your total of your service. • There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later than this will result in cancellation and $50 charge. • To reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to retain the same deposit. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior your appointment will forfeit the deposit, credit cards on file will be charged $50. A new deposit will be required to rebook. •I, the undersigned acknowledge that I understand the procedures involved in the services provided, as well as any potential risks associated with these treatments. I recognize that it is my responsibility to keep the nail technician informed of any changes to my health status before the service begins. • I hereby grant permission to NAILED IT BY ROXXY 12 to capture and utilize photos and video of my nails for promotional purposes, including social media platforms and marketing materials.
