Policy & Terms – Please Read Carefully Before Booking For New Clients: After booking your appointment, please message me directly to confirm your details and ensure everything is in place for your visit. A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required prior to your first appointment, so it is important that you get in touch as soon as your booking is made. I am fully qualified to remove ANY salon nails so YOU don’t need to worry ☺️ Nail Art: All nail art must be discussed and agreed upon prior to your appointment. Requests for additional or complex designs at the time of service may not be accommodated. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After this window, you will be considered a no-show, and I will no longer be able to accommodate your appointment. ➡️ Please note: The full service amount will be charged. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a full charge of the booked service. Upon Arrival: Please message me once you arrive. I’ll confirm when my station is ready for you. 📌 There is no waiting area, so please wait to be called in. Guests & Children: Due to insurance and safety policies, plus-ones and children are not permitted at appointments.
