Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. I require a $20 deposit at time of booking that will be put toward your appt at time of service! This deposit will be applied if client no shows! I allow a 15 minute late grace period. After that, the appointment will be cancelled. Please let me know if you are needing to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible! I know life can be stressful and unexpected things can come up! Thank you!
