NIYA Aesthetics

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Deposits can be paid via cash or bank transfer to avoid the additional platform fee charged by the booking app.

Appointments may be rescheduled once after the initial booking, provided this is done at least 72 hours before your appointment.

If you need to change your appointment more than once, or with less than 72 hours’ notice, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

Under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with 72–24 hours’ notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged due to short notice.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, the full remaining balance of the treatment will be charged.

Please note we allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being automatically cancelled, and the relevant cancellation fee will apply.


I visit NIYA Aesthetics every couple of months for a NIYA Signature facial, and have had about 5 or 6 now. I absolutely love it!! Nicola is very professional and knowledgable and really knows my skin now, and I really love how my skin looks and feels afterwards. I often get comments on how good my skin is looking too. I would highly recommend the NIYA Signature Facial and the clinic in general - it’s a lovely place to visit and you leave feeling very relaxed and with great results!!

I had a lemon bottle consultation and a luxury facial. Nicola had answers for all of my questions about the lemon bottle treatment which was great. I’ve got really sensitive skin and an allergy to a certain ingredient, so before we started the facial, she spent time looking through all the ingredients on all the bottles. It’s was brilliant! 

Excellent , clean,  professional , won’t  go anywhere else now … Highly  recommend for lashes and all other treatments- Simply the BEST :)
