Nail Trim (Dremel Only)

Nails are gradually shortened and smoothed using a Dremel for a rounded finish. * For severely overgrown or curled nails that cannot safely fit the Dremel, clippers may be used only as needed before finishing with the Dremel. * Nails that have grown into or embedded in the paw will not be removed and require veterinary care.

Tangle Removal

Additional brushing and combing for coats with tangles beyond normal grooming maintenance. Tangle removal is charged at $10 per 15 minutes based on the additional time required. * This service is for brushable tangles only and does not include dematting. Matted or compacted coat will not be brushed out when doing so may cause unnecessary discomfort, pain, or stress. Areas that cannot be safely and comfortably brushed out will need to be clipped. * Additional time is charged at $10 per 15 minutes based on the amount of tangle removal required.

Matted Coat - Clip Out

Applied when matted or compacted coat cannot be safely and comfortably brushed or combed through and must be clipped out. Mutt Makeovers does not perform painful dematting. * Pricing is based on the extent of matting and additional time required. Removing matted coat may result in a shorter haircut than originally requested. Localized area: +$10 Multiple areas/moderate matting: +$20 Extensive/significant clip-out: +$30 or more

Required for all mobile grooming appointments. Mobile services are available within a 30-mile radius of Mutt Makeovers. Travel is charged at $0.75 per mile based on round-trip mileage to the service location.

A complete bath and blowout performed at your location using professional grooming products selected for your dog’s coat and skin needs. Includes: • Double cleanse • Thorough rinse • Blowout & drying • Brush & comb out • Ear cleaning • Finishing cologne, if desired • Bandana or bow Client Requirements: A suitable bathing area with running water must be provided, such as a bathtub, walk-in shower, utility sink, or outdoor bathing station. Access to a standard electrical outlet is also required. Please Note: Mutt Makeovers does not currently provide a mobile grooming van, tub, or bathing station. I bring the professional grooming table, products, tools, and equipment needed to perform the service using your provided bathing area. * Mobile travel fee applies separately.

Exclusive Free-Roam Doggy Day Care

Supervised, small-scale day care providing a comfortable place for your dog to relax, play, and enjoy individualized attention in a low-stress environment. Dogs are given supervised free-roam time rather than spending their stay kenneled. Rate: $12/hour per dog 2-hour minimum ($24) Day Care Policies: * Available during regular business hours only * Dogs must be picked up before closing * After the 2-hour minimum, time is rounded up to the next hour * Day care is provided separately from unfamiliar client dogs; dogs from the same household may stay together Includes: • Fresh water throughout the stay • Regular potty breaks and supervised play/free-roam time • Owner-approved treats • Personal toys may be brought from home • Owner-provided meals and medications may be given as directed Please Note: Medication instructions and any relevant care information must be completed in your client profile before drop-off.
