Policy and Terms

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows. In the case of rescheduled appointments, paid deposits will be transferred to your rescheduled booking. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accomodate dogs with fleas; I cannot groom dogs that are aggressive; Dogs must have up to date vaccinations; Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the studio. SEVERE MATTING: Severe matting takes extra time to safely remove and may incur an extra charge of €20 or more, depending on the time taken to complete the groom. Please note I groom humanely - the only option to remove bad matting is to shave the coat down. I will discuss this with you first. Thank you for understanding!
